Since 1992 Fantauzzo family continues the tradition of Sicilian liqueurs (made with fruits) and realizes exclusive and refined bottles, which are hand painted by artisans and local artists.

Pistachio cream
Pistachio is native to Middle East and was introduced by Romans and exploited by Arabian. Nowadays it is one of the most refined ingredients of the Mediterranean gastronomy.
It has several uses, above all to make patisserie, garnishes, ice creams and liqueurs. It is a real energizer cocktail and we can find it in a lot of dishes, for example Pistachio Cream.
Its unmistakable fragrance is highly aromatic and it adds to Sicilian taste a light Oriental scent.
Pistachio Cream “Il Faro“, for sensitive palates, is delicate and creamy and has to be served cold.
